We are Jim and Debbie Sharp, the husband-and-wife team of Sharp Refinishing. Our small, family owned-and-operated bathtub refinishing and chip repair company offices out of Colleyville, Texas and has been serving the bathtub refinishing and chip repair needs of the DFW metroplex since 1980.

No matter the term used, bathtub refinishing is simply a "sprayed-on" process that makes a worn out, damaged bathtub look like new again.
From hammers dropping into tubs to soap dishes and towel bars falling off the wall, chips can happen in homes under construction, in homes just built, and in homes lived in for years!
We've been successfully repairing chips in bathtubs for homebuilders and homeowners across DFW for over 45 years.
Shower walls can be made of tile, fiberglass, acrylic, or cultured marble, and we can refinish them all!
NOTE: On tile walls, look for darkened areas or places where grout is missing. To ensure the walls behind the tile are still in good condition before refinishing, push gently on those tiles to see if any feel loose or 'soft' to the touch, which may indicate water damage.
Shower floors can be made of tile, fiberglass, acrylic, or cultured marble. Although we can refinish them all, there is one type of surface that we cannot guarantee, and that is tile.
The reason we cannot guarantee a refinished tile floor is because the pan below the floor tends to hold moisture that can works its way up through the grout lines, causing the refinished surface to bubble and peel.

Jim's home base is in Colleyville, so he generally services the cities of Argyle, Bedford, Carrollton, Colleyville, Coppell, Euless, Flower Mound, Fort Worth, Grapevine, Haltom City, Haslet, Hurst, Justin, Keller, Lewisville, Northlake, North Richland Hills, Richland Hills, Roanoke, Saginaw, Southlake, Trophy Club, Watauga, and Westlake.
David's home base is Dallas, so he generally services the cities of Arlington, Cedar Hill, Dallas, DeSoto, Duncanville, Farmers Branch, Garland, Grand Prairie, Hutchins, Irving, Lancaster, Mesquite, Plano, Richardson, and Rowlett. These cities indicate our maximum travel range. Outside of these areas an additional travel charge would apply, or if Jim and David crossed service areas.
