Pricing Sink Pricing

Pricing is ALL-IN

When a sink is refinished properly, repairs are never an option. They must be done - not only to achieve a beautiful end result, but also to guarantee the work! So as you look at the pricing below, keep in mind that these costs include all prep, standard repairs, and refinishing - as well as a Turnkey Service, which means coming back the day after refinishing to (1) remove the paper and plastic on the floor and walls that served to protect those areas from overspray, and (2) re-caulk where necessary.

SINK PRICING

Bathroom and Kitchen SINKS

Prices start at $650

There are three (3) TYPES of Bathroom and Kitchen Sinks: Porcelain, Acrylic, and Fiberglass. In order to guarantee our work, all damage (rust, chips, nicks, holes, staining, discoloration, etc.) found on a sink's surface must be repaired prior to refinishing the sink. Repairs are included in the cost, except in cases where extreme damage is involved.

Please note that porcelain sinks typically rust from the back side inward, especially at the drain and overflow holes. If you see rust on the inside of a sink in either of those areas, it's actually coming from the steel or cast iron surface beneath the porcelain surface. Although the rust can be repaired, we cannot guarantee it won't reappear at some later date.

Bathroom Sinks

If your bathroom sink is made of porcelain but is a non-standard size or is undermounted in tile or granite, we can refinish it so you don't have to tear up the countertop trying to replace it. Before we arrive to refinish, however, all hardware (handles, spout, and silver drain cover) touching the sink must be removed, and can be re-installed a couple of days after refinishing.

Our pricing is based on a white or off-white finish, but if you want a special color, we can special order ($125) the refinishing coating in that color. We do not refinish in dark colors because even in the semi-sterile environment we try to create, there are still minute dust particles that float through the air that can and will be seen on a dark surface.

Kitchen Sinks

Please note we only refinish alcove-style kitchen sinks (those butted up against a wall and not open to another room, as shown in the image below). The reason we do not refinish kitchen sinks that are set in an island overlooking another room is because one of the most important things in refinishing is to protect - from overspray - everything not being refinished, which is nearly impossible to do when a kitchen sink is wide open to another room, especially if that room has high ceilings.

If yours is an alcove sink, it can be refinished, but all hardware (handles, spout, and silver drain cover) touching the sink must be removed before we arrive to refinish, and can be carefully re-installed a couple of days after refinishing.

Service Areas

Our service areas extend to most of the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. Jim's home base is Colleyville, so he generally services the cities of Argyle, Bedford, Carrollton, Colleyville, Coppell, Euless, Flower Mound, Fort Worth, Grapevine, Haltom City, Haslet, Hurst, Justin, Keller, Lewisville, Northlake, North Richland Hills, Richland Hills, Roanoke, Saginaw, Southlake, Trophy Club, Watauga, and Westlake.

David's home base is Dallas, so he generally services the cities of Arlington, Cedar Hill, Dallas, DeSoto, Duncanville, Farmers Branch, Garland, Grand Prairie, Hutchins, Irving, Lancaster, Mesquite, Plano, Richardson, and Rowlett. These cities indicate our maximum travel range. Outside of these areas an additional travel charge would apply, or if Jim and David crossed areas.
